INGREDIENTS for 3 portions:
1 sachet mastiha pudding powder mix (30g)
440ml milk or plant based beverage
2-4 table spoons of honey or sugar
Preparation instructions:
1. Warm the milk, over medium heat. As soon as it boils, remove it. 2. Take half a cupof the warm milk and add to it the Chios mastiha pudding powder mix along with the sweetener of your choice. Stir well to avoid lumps. 3. Return the saucepan to theheating source, add the content of the cup while stirring constantly until it thickens and has a velvety texture. 4. Serve the pudding in 3 bowls. Enjoy it warm or cold.
