Skordalia is a traditional spread based on garlic, olive oil and bread. It accompanies ouzo and it is usually served on bread or wet rusk. It is found in different versions with potato, almond or artichaut taste. Garlic cod is a traditional dish served on Annunciation day which coincides to the Greek national holiday.
