Handmade , crunchy spinach and onion bites, ideal for office or home snack. Enjoy them plain or accompany them with spicy tomato sauce or baked eggplant spread. You can also place them in a baking pan and add a good handful of grated cheese, red beans and finely chopped hot peppers. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot together with low fat cheese spread and black olives.

 Tip: Add large crumbles of potato bites in the tarhana or lentil soup.
