Delivery Methods

SHIPPING METHODS – GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE

Our products are delivered to the desired address within 3-5 working days from the confirmation of the order.

Deliveries are made throughout Greece through the ACS courier network and in countries within the EU via DHL courier. In areas characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case by case basis and it is estimated that it can take up to 5 working days. Please note that during periods of discounts or offers, delivery time may be longer.

For any other case, the confirmation and dispatch of the order takes place after contacting us on +30 210-3614683 or at the following email address: eshop@mastihashop.com stating the details of your order. In case you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery is scheduled through the appropriate procedure of the respective courier company.

Note: we are not responsible if for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping costs of the order are charged on you and differ from product to product depending on its weight and are calculated and displayed separately in the shopping cart.

Charges valid for shipments within Greece:

  • For parcels up to 5 kg the shipping costs are 3.50 €.
  • In case the weight exceeds 5kg, the charge is 1.50 € per extra kilo. Note: the extra charge of 1.50 € per kilo will be charged to the shipment regardless of whether the extra weight is 1 g or 1 kg.
  • Cash on delivery charge 2.00 €.
  • For purchases over 50 € the order is sent free of charge.

Shipping costs for shipments within the EU are calculated at checkout.

    At each stage you can check the shipping costs that are automatically calculated and listed separately in the Order Basket.

    Charges applicable to shipments outside the EU:

    Shipments outside the European Union through our online store are automatically available at checkout only for the following countries:

    • United States of America
    • Australia
    • Canada

    For international shipments outside the European Union, the minimum order amount is set at €69 (excluding shipping costs).

    Shipments are carried out via DHL Express and shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout.

    For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Certain product categories may not be available for shipping to specific countries.

    At every stage, you can review the shipping costs, which are calculated automatically and displayed separately in the Shopping Cart.

    WORKING DAYS & HOURS

    Although our online store accepts orders around the clock, seven days a week, the processing and delivery of orders takes place only on working days and we do not deliver on holidays (except after contacting our company).

    Working days are considered from Monday to Friday apart from public holidays. The operating hours on working days are from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
